This is the second year the Canopy team has cast their vote for "Best Career Growth" amongst small to mid-sized companies across the United States.

Comparably’s annual awards are derived from millions of ratings from employees who anonymously rate their professional development opportunities on Comparably over a 12-month period (May 2022 through May 2023).

Best Career Growth 2023: This award recognizes the top-rated companies for professional development, according to those who know best – current employees.

Best Leadership Teams 2023: This award recognizes the top-rated leadership teams, including CEOs, executive leadership, and direct managers.
